Our hiking & walking holidays have been designed to meet the needs of a wide range of walkers abilities, and have flexible start dates for convenience.  Average daily distances walked are between 10 and 14 miles, but can be reduced for those who prefer a steadier pace,  or extended for the more ambitious.  Routes can also be combined to cover a greater distance overall.  You can choose to start and finish anywhere on the 153 mile trail.   Luggage transfer is arranged and checked for you, daily support is available to help you with local knowledge.  We can arrange holidays for solo travellers, friends and relatives, and for groups of up to 6 people.

 

All self-led holidays come with daily tracker support and include

luggage transfer,  and an information pack with marked up maps and a guidebook, as well as quality ensuite inn, hotel and guest house accommodation.

 

Walk Awhile is a family run business established in 2002.  Based in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we are committed to operating a Sustainable Travel Policy that is supportive and in sympathy with local communities and the environment.  We do not use, or promote services, that are detrimental to the environment.  Customers are advised where they can purchase locally produced food and produce along the route and encouraged to use local services.  All customers are encouraged to use public transport to access the start of their holiday.

All holidays include arrival and departure days, overnight accommodation prior to starting your walk and on arrival at your destination (e.g. a 6 day holiday includes 5 nights accommodation, and 4 days walking).
